Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the service
What kind of footage should I submit?
Any footage of you rolling, competing, or drilling. Ideally 1-2 minutes showing the specific area you want feedback on. Moments where you felt you performed well but still got a negative outcome provide the best teaching opportunities. Include context in your notes about what you're struggling with.
How long until I receive my analysis?
Most analyses are returned within 48-72 hours. Credit pack and subscription users typically receive priority response times.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Each submission is treated as a standalone analysis. For follow-up questions, you can submit another video or include your questions in the notes of a new submission.
What if my video is longer than 2 minutes?
Videos over 1 minute use credits per second, at a rate of 100 credits per minute (~1.67 credits/second). A 3 minute video would use approximately 300 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credit pack credits are valid for 3 months from purchase. Monthly subscription credits must be used within the billing period (use it or lose it).
Can I get a refund?
Pay-as-you-go purchases are non-refundable once analysis begins. Credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current period.
What is it like to get personalised coaching from Chris?
That moment when you finally stop fighting the tide, sick of drowning over and over again, lungs burning and mind thrashed against a sea of complexity you couldn't name. Because after just a few quiet words, you're shown the rhythm of the water. Suddenly, the chaos stills, you aren't saved by a shore; you simply realized how to swim. The weight vanishes, replaced by the grace of a simple stroke, and you marvel at how something so effortless could have ever felt like an ocean. That's the sort of feeling students often get from Chris's coaching.
